Gemfan Vortex 8×6E Reverse Rotation High-Efficiency Propeller Pair – PFGN8X6-EAR

The Gemfan Vortex 8×6E Reverse Rotation (PFGN8X6‑EAR) propeller set is engineered for pilots running counter-rotating twin-engine setups or reverse-mounted pusher aircraft who need maximum thrust, stability, and efficiency over standard glass-nylon props.

Important Rotation Note: This is a Reverse Rotation (R / CCW) propeller set. Unlike standard tractor propellers, these blades are pitched specifically for reverse spin to provide proper forward thrust on pusher configurations or counter-rotating twin setups (balancing torque roll when paired with PFGN8X6-EAL).

Each pack includes two matched reverse-rotation propellers plus two sets of hub inserts, making them ideal for twin‑motor builds or keeping a spare ready for your next flying session.

What sets the Vortex series apart from Gemfan’s normal propellers is its refined aerodynamic blade design and stiffer composite mix. The Vortex profile produces cleaner airflow, improved mid‑range efficiency, and smoother throttle response, while the reinforced material reduces flex at higher RPM. The result is a prop that runs quieter, tracks straighter, and delivers more consistent thrust under load.

With an 8‑inch diameter and 6‑inch pitch, the Vortex 8×6E Reverse offers strong overall thrust and smooth power delivery for specialised electric builds.
