Customer Service

Postby flierman1945 » Sat Dec 03, 2016 8:50 am

Not the best week for rc-life customer communication. Contacted G for advice about a New FR-Sky X8R receiver. RSSI falling off to zero at about 150feet away from the TX and asking if it could be replaced. Sadly, no reply. Now to be fair it was purchased through e-bay and have also contacted via their site.

Hi Barry,

I can see you emailed me via the site, 30/11 at 1454, I replied to your email at 1743 so later on the same afternoon, asking you to return it and the address to return the unit, If you look in your spam folder and I'm sure you will find it, If you then mark it as not junk mail in your settings this won't happen again, there is no real difference between buying from me on ebay or buying from the site using paypal you have the same buyer protection, but ebay will be 12-20% more to cover the fees..I also generally check the shops emails and sort out any issues there before moving onto ebay.

Customer service is critical to the longevity of the business as its the main advantage of buying from a UK store over buying from China and I'm sure many of my existing customers would echo this statement.
