Delivery Information


We use Royal Mail and myHermes to ship out our orders, myHermes is the more cost effect option for larger parcels but can take a bit longer on average 5 working days which is also tracked, we also offer signed/tracked for Royal Mail First and Second class, as well as normal First and Second class, we are constantly trying to drive down our postage costs and do not make any profit on these costs, you pay what we pay and often a small product is able to be sent out Large Letter second class for only 74p.


For next day delivery please order before 1400 Mon-Fri and we will endeavour to get the order out the same day.


All goods are held in stock and dispatched from the UK no goods are "pre-ordered" or drop-shipped from overseas. 


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange within 14 days after you receive it. 


Your electronic invoice is required for all returns. We will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part. Non faulty items must be sent back by special delivery as this is the most secure method. Customers are liable for the return cost of such an item.
